At Poultry Hub, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel their paid subscription at any time through the app or by contacting our support team. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No automatic refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
2. Refund Policy
No Refunds: Payments made for subscriptions or services are non-refundable, except in cases of technical failure or duplicate charges. If you believe you were charged in error or faced a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
